Additionally to this, as it doesn't cover very much about Lakshmibai - Lakshmi is the same mix of history as we know it an the supernatural that is very present in canon. She was the Queen of a northern kingdom of India, called Jhansi. She was raised as a son by her father, in horseback riding, archery, fencing. Her husband was very much the statesmen of the two of them and they struck a nice balance, and their marriage was a happy, fairly peaceful one despite the growing issues within India at the time to do with British rule. When he died, that's when things took a turn. Without an heir the British considered acceptable, though it had been left to her in regency by her late husband, they took it from her and things went downhill from there. After several fairly respectable attempts via the law courts to get her Kingdom back, it eventually turned into out and out revolt, massacre and war.

Somewhere in all this, either before or after the rebellion broke out, it came to her attention that this process of colonisation was actually a cover by the United India Company to spread vampires throughout India and the fight became much larger than just Britain's conquest and suppression of the people there. She herself became immortal after at some point, she met Sir Bors de Ganis, who died ( she might have killed him, he might have died naturally either way, it was passed onto her ). It also became apparent they weren't going to win the fight then, the British numbers were too well equipped, and Lakshmi faked her death in the battle of Gwalior which raged for five days to escape. After this she smuggled her way to England and gave movement behind the growing civil unrest that was already growing there, using it to find people to help her destroy United India Company vessels that were shipping vampires to other countries. Up to and including suicide bombers and other awful things. It's what puts her in the way of the Order who think she's in allegiance with the Half-breeds that plague their world.

INCENTIVE:

The death of Lord Hastings, and the liberation of India from the clutches of the United India Company, and in doing so that Devi, Tesla & Grayson will be protected and cared for. As she's already proven, she will do anything for them, and for her cause.

FIT:

She is a very caring woman under it all, and finds it easy to blend in with new surroundings and take on whatever she needs to from a new place. She finds it easy to affectionate with others, and happy to engage on whatever level. As a woman who is used to the mistreatment of others, consent is important to her, and will make sure of it in every case that comes up.

ANYTHING ELSE? She will be coming in with the Blackwater the knights have, that allows her immortal life. It's infused with her own blood, and won't work for anyone else but her. It also gives her increased strength and stamina, not super human but certainly above average.
